The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is an excellent opportunity for those who have completed the basic Open Water Diver course and want to further develop their diving skills and gain more underwater experience. This course allows participants to expand their knowledge and master new diving techniques in varied environments, under the guidance of a qualified instructor. Completing the course allows divers to earn the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification, enabling them to dive to depths of up to 30 meters (for ages 12 to 14, the maximum depth is limited to 21 meters).

Hotel Pickup: Not Included

After ticket purchase, you will be informed of the meeting location and time. If you need transportation, you can reserve it during online booking (transport cost is around €4 in southern Tenerife; the exact price is provided during booking).

The diving school is located in Los Cristianos, in the south of Tenerife.

Course Program

The Advanced Open Water Diver course focuses on practical experience and includes five specialty dives, two of which are mandatory:

1. Deep Dive – Provides an introduction to procedures, challenges, and equipment associated with diving to depths of up to 30 meters (21 meters for ages 12 to 14).
2. Navigation Dive – Enhances the ability to use a compass underwater and navigate effectively, which increases self-reliance and safety during dives.

The remaining three dives can be selected based on the participant's interests and the specific environment of the course location. The instructor will present the types of dives available during the course.

The AOWD course fee is all-inclusive and covers:

• Full diving equipment, including masks, snorkels, fins, and wetsuits.
• The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certificate, recognized worldwide.
• E-learning theory, which can be completed at your convenience.
• Five ocean dives, giving you the chance to explore beautiful diving locations.

• ID or passport

• Swimwear and a towel

Weather Conditions:

Please note that the diving schedule may change depending on ocean conditions. If we need to cancel a dive on the same day due to weather, it will be rescheduled for another day.
